Second Message: What I have I got myself into?

Well.. I have to say that currently, my life is not as great as I had hoped for. I feel like the whole world is against me. Sigh!!

Let me just write what happened...

Ok. It all began when I left my overtime form with my manager to sign just to been reverted back not signed. The problem is, my company have this policy that overtime that to be converted to cash (50% of hours) need to be done before a certain cut-off date. My problem was that when I left it with her and the time I got back from my long deserved break, i's already pass the cut-off date. So, I can't get any cash for the overtime. Imagine having a total of like 27 days of leave and plus the current annual leave. It's not like that I dun like leaves, it's just that I dun need that much.

Anyway, I tried to ask the "helpful" staffs (let's call them "A") that are responsible for the entries in the time sheet. (Oh btw, I need to fill in time sheets every fortnight). Since I have entered the overtime figures in the time sheet, I was wondering whether is there any avenue for me to actually reverse the entries. The answer that I got from them was "yes". But I need to key-in the similar hours into another period. So happy that I can claim the 50% payments, I entered the time in the current period. So now I have a double counting of the 27 days.

Few days later, I called the office and asked about my case. You know wat? "A" had redirected me to another person because they said that they cud'nt do it. Okay, so I called and only to be told that the inital entries can't be deleted. Crap.. now I'm in big trouble. So, I asked her ("B") to try to ask around whether the inital entries can be deleted.

Again I waited for few days before "B" called back...and only to find out that it can't be done and now the boss want's to speak to me... arrrghhh!!! how stressfull was I. So I called the boss and explain my case. Only for her to actually said some really disturbing facts. That my case is like breaching the code of conduct. arrrghhhh!! after all.. I only did wat was advised.

So now I'm like waiting for them to come back to me on this. The boss wants to speak to my manager regarding this and I'm surely gonna get screwed. Sigh!!

Well.. again...Arrrrgggghhhhh!!!!
